The family were living here when the Dalton highway was built. The children opened this lemonade stand to give to the truckers. The truckers thought it was cute and would pay $10 or more dollars for the lemonade. The kids were making big bucks so parent closed the stand and opened a store!

Tundra version of ice box. A hole is dug in the perma frost and a pulley installed above the hole. A sealable container is hooked on the pulley. The top of the hole is sealed with lid.
