Delta Works was the world's most ambitious hydroelectric project which took 30 years to complete. For centuries Holland suffered devastating floods, the last in 1953 which took over 1800 lives.
Keeping back storm surge and high tides was an engineering feat. This was incredible. Due to the dense fog, I got very few picture.
