We took a harbour tour to see the Hector Dolphins - smallest in the world. Our ship from a small boat!

The pod of about 30 dolphins really put on a show for about 30 minutes.

These dolphins are about 4 feet in length with light grey bodies and dark grey fins and tail.

Colony of cormanands bird nesting on the headlands. Shags, fish eating bird, sometimes eat so much, they are too heavy to fly!
