Sunrise in Dunedin
Protected cove with lots of sailboats.
We docked in front of the freighter. It is incredible how precise the boat can be manevuered.
The Taieri Gorge train comes right on the dock, step off the ship onto the train!
It seems as if every home in Dunelin has a water view.
Our tour was with Arthur. We have driven around the harbour on our way to the various wildlife areas we are visiting.

We stopped at Pilot's beach. This is two blue penguins settled down for the day. These are also known as fairy penguins in Austalia.
These two seals are sunning on the rocks. Just don't get between them and the water.

At the Albatross center, we received information. This is wind span. They are at sea for two years circling Antarctric.
The ship had to come through the headlands, and transverse around the spit of sand. Tricky for the pilot.
